Unlined with a clean surface. Under UV, spots of inpainting appear in the foliage behind the tiger, in his left side, in the reed to the right of the moon, and in two spots above and to the right of the moon. Varnish fluoresces unevenly throughout, and there is evidence of some frame abrasion around the perimeter of the canvas.
