Condition

Executed on kataster paper, not laid down, hinged to the backing board with tape in three places along the upper edge. The lower and left edges are slightly unevenly cut and there are some paper remnants probably from previous mounting along the upper edge, not visible when framed. There are handling marks along the edges and scattered spots of foxing. There is a small surface nick to the verso, not visible on the recto. This work is in overall good condition.
