Catalogue Note

Ico Parisi was undoubtedly one of the most fervent and versatile Italian artists of the second half of twentieth century. Parisi’s unlimited design creativity was reflected in the most diverse construction solutions and material experimentations. He was an eclectic talent and a brilliant and eccentric character: architect, designer, photographer, filmmaker, artist and more. Parisi believed in the integration of all art forms and this became a core value of all his work.  He was adamant that architectural design and furniture should be designed together.
