Condition
Overall good condition. Please note that this lot contains an original table produced by van Keppel-Green (shown in the minimized configuration in the catalogue illustration), as well as a modern reproduction. Both tables can be configured in minimized or maximized positions. Both tables with scattered surface scratches, scuffs, and edge abrasions, and some oxidation and surface scratches to the metal elements consistent with age and use. The original table with a few small scattered areas of restoration to the table top and legs. The table top with a loss to the veneer along the edge measuring approximately 3 inches, and with some traces of crazing throughout. One corner of the table top with adhesive residue. The table with a few scattered traces of white house paint. The reproduction table is slightly more saturated in color than the original table. One corner with a small loss to the veneer measuring approximately ½ inch; another corner with traces of adhesive residue. Minimized dimensions: 15 1/8 x 54 x 31 7/8 in. (38.5 x 137.2 x 80.8 cm).
