Condition

This work is in very good condition overall. The sheet is hinged on the reverse along the top edge to the backing board. There is a soft undulation to the sheet and evidence of time staining noted. There is a pinpoint loss of pigment to the bottom left and right corners, as well as to the area of thick red impasto in the upper left quadrant. This area of impasto also exhibits some minor, stable craquelure. Framed under Plexiglas.
