Condition

This work is in very good condition overall. The parchment appears to be original and presents with scattered minor discolorations, surface scratches, abrasions and light surface soiling consistent with age and gentle use. One of the corners of the armrests with a small restoration to the parchment measuring approximately 3/8 x 2 inches which wraps partially around the corner. The brass in good condition with scattered surface scratches, minor abrasions and areas of rubbing consistent with age and gentle use. One foot with a small inherent irregularity at center right measuring approximately 1/4 inch wide. Cushions have been replaced and the upholstery is in very good condition with minor areas of wear, a few scattered pulled threads and some minor pilling.
