Condition

This work is in very good condition overall. The canvas is unlined and slightly slack on the stretcher. The variations to the surface are due to the artist’s working method and chosen medium. There are some faint, scattered surface accretions. There is some light scattered wear throughout the pull margin, and to the 4 corners and turning edges. There is a minor, unobtrusive pull to the canvas about 2 feet in from the center left edge. Under close inspection, there are a few abrasions to the extreme lower edge. Not examined under UV. Unframed.
