Condition

This work is in very good condition overall. The glass rests securely on the base. There is evidence of light wear and handling throughout. The surface variations are due to the artist's chosen medium. Under close inspection, there is evidence of some minor scattered surface accretions and some areas of minor rust. There are two pinpoint accretions measuring 2 inches and 1/2 inch on the underside of the base and on one leg. Under very close inspection, there is a very small area of minor inpainting on the long side bar opposite the inscription.
