Condition
Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the yellow is darker in the original.
Condition: This work is in very good condition. Very lose inspection reveals some light wear to the corner tips, and some light craquelure to the upper half of the composition. Further close inspection reveals three vertical white media accretions, one approximately 20 cm long to the centre of the upper right quadrant, one approximately 10 cm long towards the centre of the upper edge, and one 2 cm long to the centre of the lower left quadrant. Further very close inspection reveals a tiny speck of loss approximately 10 cm to the upper edge, and approximately 50 cm from the left edge. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
