Condition

This work is in good condition overall. The edges of the sheet are deckled and the sheet has slightly discolored with age. There is a 3.5-inch repaired tear along the upper edge towards the right side. Under close inspection, a light horizontal abrasion with some associated loss to the black pigment is visible in the longest horizontal area towards the top. Under very close inspection, some faint and unobtrusive speckled foxing is visible throughout the sheet. The sheet is hinged verso to the mat intermittently along the top, left and bottom edges. Framed under Plexiglas.
