Condition

This work is in very good condition overall. There is evidence of wear and handling to the artist’s frame and scattered light surface scratches and minor indentations to the edge of the frame. The edges of the work, mostly obscured by the frame, have disclosed with age. Under very close inspection there are pinpoint brown and white accretions visible and some yellowing to the Celotex. Also under very close inspection, there are pinpoint losses to the Celotex that are likely from the time of execution during the drying process. Under Ultraviolet light inspection, there is no evidence of restoration. Framed.
