Condition
This work is in very good condition overall. The edges of the Masonite are taped. There is evidence of wear and handling along the edges with several chips to the Masonite at the extreme edges with some associated areas of loss. Under close inspection, there is a small spot of loss to the Masonite 1-inch from the right edge just above center, a pinpoint dark spot accretion on the left edge just below center and several pinpoint media accretions scattered along the lower quarter of the canvas, likely from the time of execution. Also under very close inspection, a pinpoint horizontal 1-inch vertical accretion is visible in the lower right quadrant approximately 1-inch from the bottom edge and 6-inches from the lower right corner. Under Ultraviolet light inspection, the aforementioned line fluoresces darkly and appears to have benefited from light retouching. Framed.
