"I work in shapes that I can only do this way: If I feel that I can do it in plastic or in sheet metal, then I'm really not interested in repeating it. I'm interested in finding out what I can do that is unique to wire. So that none of these you could do really any other way." Ruth Asawa
This work is in very good and sound condition overall. Under extremely close inspection, a few minor pinpoint spots of light oxidation are visible, as to be expected from the artist’s chosen medium, and a few pinpoint white media accretions are visible, likely from the time of execution. This work is also accompanied by a copper tag. In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to provide you with a general report of the condition of the property described above.
