The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate but overall greener in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. There is evidence of light wear and handling along the edges including some rubbing near the corners and a pinpoint spot of loss along the top edge approximately 30cm from the right edge. The canvas is slightly loose on its stretcher and the canvas is buckling in all four corners. Under very close inspection, a few pinpoint and unobtrusive brown spot accretions are visible.
