Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the yellow is slightly deeper in the original and the blue on the left side of the composition is slightly brighter in the original. The catalogue illustration also fails to fully convey the reflective nature of the glitter apparent in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. Close inspection reveals some thin and unobtrusive drying cracks to the thicker areas of yellow paint, mainly to the lower centre. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
