Description
- Marble, giltwood, mahogany
- 79cm. high, 79cm. wide, 59.5cm. deep; 2ft. 7in., 2ft. 7in., 1ft. 11½in.
with an oval veined pink and grey marble top centred by sparring gladiators within an anthemion border on square tapering legs headed by bearded male busts with a drapery headdress on paw feet

Condition
Overall marks and scratches consistent with age and use. The top with some chips, including one loss to the border visible in the catalogue photograph. Overall scratches and minor restorations to frieze and parcel-gilt legs, one of which has been broken and repaired. There are traces of old woodworm, which appears to be no longer active. Scuffing to feet.
