Condition
The canvas is not lined. Ultra-violet light reveals some minor spots of cosmetic retouching in the sky and one small stroke in the centre of the road, in the lower half of the composition, possibly addressing an old repair (also visible on the reverse). This work is otherwise in good condition and ready to hang.
Presented in a decorative gilt frame with a nameplate.
