Condition
The panel has a horizontal split throughout, visible both to the front and back, which has signs of old restoration and appears to be stable.There is also a pattern of hairline craquelure throughout. Ultra-violet light reveals signs of retouching along the aforementioned split, some strokes along the extreme framing edges and some scattered in-painting in the craquelure. This work is ready to hang.
Presented in a wooden frame with some losses.
