Condition

Re-gilt, this very decorative console table is in reasonable condition, with faint traces of old woodworm which appears to be no longer active. Some chips and losses to the gilt surface, exposing the gesso underneath, most notably in two areas of the upper part of the front legs. There are some repairs, especially on the stretcher, with one scroll broken and in need of repair.
