the shallow rounded sides rising form a short tapering foot to an everted foliate rim, brightly painted in rich cobalt-blue tones to the interior with a medallion enclosing an equestrian military scene, the rim with rocks and military figures, the base with apocryphal six-character Chenghua mark,

Condition

The dish is in good condition with the exception of thirteen burst glaze bubbles to the interior and light glaze scratches.
