decorated with trompe l'oeil 

Condition

A very decorative piece in reasonable conserved condition. The top with some lifting and conserved crack to the surface. The gilt and lacquer decoration to the legs is possibly refreshed and is slightly distresses and the brass mounts have tarnished. The screws to the lower base have resin patches over them but one is lacking. With old marks and scratches throughout commensurate with age and use.
