of serpentine bombé form with a moulded breccia peach, white and purple marble top above three serpentine drawers with a central gilt-bronze foliate and scrolled cartouche on cabriole legs terminating in scrolled feet, the whole quarter-veneered and with gilt-bronze mounts throughout; marble top restored

Condition

In overall good conserved condition. The colour of the veneer is less reddish and the mounts are more golden and attractive than in the catalogue photograph.
