each with a caned cartouche-shaped backrest with serpentine top rail, the armrests raised on acanthus-carved supports, raised on shell and leaf-carved cabriole legs ending in scrolled toes

Condition
The four armchairs in very good conserved condition. Overall marks and scratches and signs of professional restorations such as filling to old woodworm holes. The caning in very good condition. Two armchairs with front seat sections replaced.
