Condition
The imposing mirror and console table are in good conserved condition, having had their gilding and decoration re-done. The mirror retains its original plates, showing losses to the plate consistent with age and visible from the catalogue photograph. The console table has had its upper section conserved, with several new construction elements, namely the frame holding the marble. There are minor chips, marks and scratches and very faint traces of old woodworm which appears to be no longer active. The marble top is possibly of a later date.
