Condition

Colour of image in printed catalogue is a good colour match with the tapestry in reality. Overall measurements: 273cm along the left side, 273cm along the right side, 391cm across the top, 391cm along the bottom. Tapestry is lined. Old hooks across the top. Recommend that Velcro should be attached across the top for hanging purposes in the future. Partially old selvedge. Some minor horizontal splits in places, which need some attention, and some along colour change of lower border. Colours have faded overall. There are some repairs and some oxidisation to the browns. Decorative wall covering.
