Condition

Unique and interesting design, very sweet with a nice basketweave pattern to gesso below shelf. Slight differences in the carving between the two examples. Eyehook brackets attached to the back for hanging. One of the brackets with more obvious chips to gesso including a 1 1/2 inch loss to the bottom stem; with a replaced garland to the center of the opening. The other with the C-scroll at the bottom possibly replaced. Rubbing to gilding throughout consistent with use and age.
