Condition

Overall in good condition and presentation. The movement appears to be complete, and has weights and pendulum, but has not been tested and is not guaranteed. Sotheby's suggests that the clock is examined by a qualified clock specialist to set the clock running prior to use. The eagle crest on the top in separate (it rests on the top), has chips to two talons and the tip of the beak reglued, the eagle is also slightly narrower than the width of the top, and therefore could be associated. The case is in good condition, has likely been refinished, with a few old scuffs and marks consistent with age and use, but no significant loss or repair, save for one carved element that has an old glue repair.
