  • seven marked 925 / Italy and with English import marks for maker's mark JMS, Edinburgh, 2001, one of those also stamped Sorini; eight with marks for Ancini / 800 / 105-AR; two markedĀ SoriniĀ / 925 / 105-AR; one marked 925 / 213-GE
  • silver, enamel, copper
  • heights from 1 5/8 to 4 3/4 in.
  • 4 to 12 cm
comprising eleven enameled and three silver and copper clowns in various pursuits, four silver and copper animals playing musical instruments, and one silver stool. 19 pieces.

Condition

5 with small chips to enamel, clown standing on horse lacking something in raised hand, musician clown and bear with copper tubas loose, the other bear lacking his tuba, otherwise in good condition
