Condition

The composition is executed on two sheets, the smaller sheet, measuring 29 by 34cm, has been laid in full on the larger sheet, measuring 50 by 39cm, both laid on the backing board. There are minor pin holes along the edges and two minor pin holes in the upper left and lower left corners of the smaller sheet. There are four pieces of tape adhered to each side. Minor nicks are visible to each edge but these are hidden when framed. The smaller sheet is slightly undulating, probably as a result of the glue. There is minor craquelure above the upper eyelids, barely visible to the naked eye. Minor scratches on the surface, in the lower and upper left. Framed and glazed. Overall in very good condition.
