Condition

The illustration of the catalogue is accurate. Good overall condition and nice quality of chasing. There are the inevitable minute surface scratches to the gilt-bronze and to the patinated-bronze elements. The gilding is very slightly rubbed and tarnished. There are minute verdigris stains. The end of one palm leaf of the upper crown is broken and missing (visible on the printed catalogue). The chandelier is fitted and drilled for electricity. Please note that we do not guarantee the electrical system is in working order. The electrical system needs to be checked by a professional electrician.
