  • Agate, rock crystal, stone, soapstone, woodstand
including a small double-gourd-shaped agate box and cover, a rock crystal carving of a ram on a wood stand; a small agate carving of a fisher and his carp, a rock crystal carving of a phoenix on a wood stand, a rock crystal carving of a reclining scholar on a wood stand, a soapstone leaf-shaped cup, a stone carving of a horse rider on a wood stand, a peach-shape Canton enamel cup  (13)

Condition

Rock crystal recumbent Goat The left back leg has been probably polished. There are tiny scratches on the surface. Rock crystal phoenix It is stuck to the wooden stand. There are chips on raised parts with associated tiny losses overall, especially on the head. Natural veins are visible. Rock crystal deity There are chips on the raised parts with associated minor losses. There are traces of glue under the figure. The wooden stand has losses. The agate figure Good overall condition. There are some visible natural veins inside the stone. There are tiny losses on the surface. The agate double-gourd shape box Please note that the box is photographed the wrong way. There are chips associated with losses on the raised parts, especially on the tip of the lower part. Soapstone leaf There are losses and chips on the tips of the leaf. There is a ca. 2,5 cm hairline extending from the edge to the inside. The horse rider This stone could be a reconstituted stone. Three legs have been broken and restuck. There are little chips associated with tiny losses on the raised parts. The enamel peach-shape cup This lot does not appear on the picture of the catalogue and has been added later to this lot. 12,2 x 11 cm There are important losses to the enamels. There are hairlines overall inside. The upper part is loose.
