Condition

Colors are slightly too dark and red in the catalogue. - long oblique scratch from the model's hair to his eye (visible on the photograph) - traces of a golden paper piece added on the left border - a few wears in the backgrounds, probably original - recent stretcher Under UV light, thin retouches are visible on the left border, and a minor retouch spot in the beard.
