Condition
The canvas is not lined. There are a few webs of hairline craquelure in places. There is a small repaired tear (approx 4 cm) to the centre of the sky with an associated area of retouching (approx 8 by 10 cm), another small diagonal repaired tear (approx 4cm) with associated dots of retouching visible under UV light, to the lower left quadrant. Examination under UV light also reveals a few additionnal small dots of retouching along the extreme edges and to the lower right corner. This work is in fairly good condition.
