Condition

Broken and repaired in various spots. In general, repairs clearly visible, including a break and repair across the centre of the platform. Repaired breaks on the open work of the legs, including 5-6 breaks and repairs on the proper right side and repairs and 4-5 breaks and repairs on the proper left side, including some new material on the short legs of the animal which are serving as the supports. Please note nicely carved underside, classics feature of this type. Compare to an example of the same type in the collection of the Denver Museum of Art.
