Une paire Vue de l'église : A l'œil nu, le tableau se présente dans un état de conservation très satisfaisant. Il est sous un ancien vernis jaunissant. On constate quelques usures en bas faisant ressortir très légèrement le brillant du cuivre (notamment très légères usures au niveau de l'étale du marchand en bas à droite) Sous la lampe UV : on constate de toutes petites restaurations à peine visibles à l'œil nu dans le bleu du ciel. Le médium est très puissant avec un fort niveau de détail. Vue des ruines : A l'œil nu, le tableau se présente dans un état de conservation très satisfaisant. Il est sous un ancien vernis jaunissant. Quelques usures en bas à droite au niveau de la souche de l'arbre ont matifié le vernis sans gêner la lecture de l'œuvre. Pas de restaurations visibles à l'œil nu. La lampe UV fait ressortir quelques très légères reprises dans le ciel, très peu visibles. Le médium reste très puissant offrant un bon niveau de détails. Une planche de bois fin protège l'arrière des cuivres dans leurs châssis. Church : To the naked eye, the painting is in a very good condition. Under a dirty yellow varnish. Very few and light abrasion in the lower part (for instance near the table of the shopper lower left) Under the UV light : very small and minor repainted areas in the sky. Medium stays verty powerful throughout. Ruins : To the naked eye, the painting is in a very good condition. It is under a yellow varnish. Few small abrasion lower right near by the tree which matted the varnish. Under the UV light we can see very small repainted areas in the sky very hard to see. The medium stays powerful with a lot of detailed areas. A thin wood board protects both of the back of the cupper in their frames.
