Condition

It has not been possible to unframe the work. There are some cracks to the plaster throughout the composition (as visible in the printed catalogue), inherent to the artist process, and a loss to the plaster (approx. 1.5 cm long) to the centre of the left edge and a few further smaller losses to the plaster. There is an area of discolouration to the lower half of the composition which appears to be original. This work is in overall very good condition.
