the slender form with broad rounded shoulders rising to a slightly waisted neck and lipped rim, the exterior with a scholar standing beneath a large pine tree in a mountainous waterscape, the slightly sunken base with a double circle in underglaze blue

Condition

The vase is in good condition with the exception of several glaze lines at the shoulders (approx. 4.5 cm, 1 cm, 0.7 cm). There is a hairline at the rim approx. 1 cm. There are slight scratches to the surface and frits to the foot. There are slight firing flaws including iron spots and burst bubbles in various areas.
