Description

  • Huanghuali
of cylindrical form, the thick walls rising to a very gently flaring rim, all resting on a flat base with central circular plug, the rich patina highlighting fluid dark brown streaks

Condition

This brushpot is in good condition with minute nicks to the rim and extremities, and slight scratches to the surface. There is a small dent to the foot. The central circular plug to the base is slightly loose.
