the square section tapering body brightly enamelled with flowers issuing from rockwork and lotus from a pond, gilt-bronze mounts to the base and reduced neck

Condition

Examined in mounts: the vase has a circa 14cm., long diagonal crack to the upper body, nibbles and frits to the edges, a ca. 1cm., shallow flake to the edge of the shoulder, the rim has been reduced, and minor glaze scratches and glaze firing imperfections.
