Description

each with a pale green stem forming the spout with an inscription and dated to the ninth year of the Guangxu period, the interior and exterior carved with petals and enamelled in pastel pink

Condition

The pair of vessels are in good condition with the exception of frits to the edges and minor glaze flaking, and small areas of brown staining to the interior of the tip for both. There are minor firing imperfections including some glaze pooling on the stem and petals of one, slightly raised ridges near the tip of another, and burst bubbles to various areas.
