the baluster body flanked by a pair of fixed loop handles suspended from taotie masks, surrounded by a band of stylised meandering lotus scrolls, attached to a border of plantain leaves

Condition

The vase is in overall good condition, save for the rubbing of gilding. The base has been cast separately. There are minor dents overall.
