  • 14.5cm
of rectangular form rising from a splayed foot, flanked by a pair of mythical beast handles, the exterior bordered with a band of intertwining chilong and phoenixes cast in low relief, the base with a six-character apocryphal Xuande mark

Condition

The censer is in overall good condition. The surface has been cleaned. There is some traces of gilding to the handles and rim and minor nicks to the rim and foot.
