Description

  • bronze
cast in petal-lobed yenyen form rising from a flared foot to a swelling body and trumpet mouth, flanked by a pair of blossoming prunus stem-shaped handles attached to the body with ruyi shaped cloud scrolls, with a recessed base

Condition

This vase is in general good condition with small dents and scratches, and minor nicks to the extremities. The lacquer on the patina has partially rubbed off. There is a small area of solder (approx. 3 x 1 cm) to one corner of the base.
