the teapot of Dezhong type, the base impressed with a four-character shop mark; the pair of cups each painted with the flower of the four seasons, the base with a four-character mark in underglaze blue

Condition

The teapot is in good condition. There is a small 0.1cm chip to the spout and some minute nibbling along the rims. The cups with rims bound in metal, there are some grits to the interior of one cup.
