Description

carved through the layer of white slip around the exterior with a continuous undulating floral scroll, covered overall save for the base with a transparent glaze

Condition

There is a hairline crack running from the rim to over 2/3 of the side. There are also characteristic firing imperfections, including firing cracks to the base and kiln grits to the interior.
