Condition

The illustration of the catalogue is accurate. The gilding is rubbed and tarnished. One gilt-bronze leaf foot has been restored (the front and left hand side one). There are some chips to the porcelain flowers and two flowers are missing. The branches are slightly loose. One horse's hoof is missing. There is a chip to the ear and the neck of the other has been restored. The chariot would benefit from a gentle cleaning. Very decorative and rare object.
