figuring a gold and polychrome Venus in a chariot, holding a garland of flowers, with Cupid and two doves, with the blue swords, mark of Meissen; (two wheels restored)

Condition

The illustration of the catalogue is accurate. Good overall condition. Statuette 1 (Venus holding a purple fruit): A part of the ribbon between the putto and the dove is broken and missing. There are tiny little chips to the flowers and the leaves. Statuette 2 (Venus holding an orange fruit) : Both wheels and one axle are restored. There are tiny little chips to the flowers, the leaves, and to the putto's ribbon.
