Condition

The illustration of the catalogue is accurate. There are the inevitable dents, marks and scratches due to age and use. There are losses and refreshments to the veneer. There are cracks to the panels. The hinges have been changed. The left hand side upper part compartment door needs to be refixed. There are tears, wears and stains to the blue silk. The central mirror panel needs to be refixed. The leather writing board is later with stains and wears. The gilt-bronze elements are probably later.
