Condition

The canvas is not lined. There are two repaired vertical tears (the larger of which is approx. 2 cm. long) to the left of the main boat and towards the center of the lower edge with associated retouching visible under UV light and possibly two other small repaired tears towards the centre of the right and left edges. Examination under UV light reveals spots of retouching in places, predominately above the right hand boat and towards the center and the left part of the sky, with three associated small patch on the reverse. The canvas is slightly undulating. This work is in fairly good condition.
