the top covered with leather, above five drawers -two of them forming a safe- a lateral board, on fluted and tapered legs 

Condition

The illustration of the catalogue is accurate. There are the inevitable dents, marks and scratches due to age and use. There are horizontal construction cracks to both lateral panels. There are stains and circular water stains to the mahogany top. There are stains, wears and scratches to the leather top. The mahogany is sun faded. Castors have been added to each foot. The escutcheons have been transformed, the lock of the central drawer is missing. Very elegant desk.
